We don't publish an averaged price list: the final cost depends on the language pair, volume, subject matter and service level. Send us your materials and we'll prepare a quote for the specific task.
What the price is built from
We quote transparently and explain every line in the estimate — no hidden surcharges.
Language pair
Rarity and direction of the pair affect the rate. Kazakh, Uzbek, Kyrgyz and adjacent regional languages are our core specialization.
Volume & repetition
We work in a CAT environment with translation memory: repeated segments and large volumes are discounted. The larger and more regular the flow, the better the rate.
Subject & complexity
Technical, legal and medical texts require subject-matter linguists and terminology work — reflected in the rate.
Service level
Translation, translation with revision by a second linguist (per ISO 17100), or machine-translation post-editing (MTPE, per ISO 18587) — you choose the balance of speed and depth of review.
Turnaround
Standard timelines are included in the base rate. Expedited delivery is available and quoted separately — without compromising quality.
Format & layout
Editable formats run through the standard flow. Layout, scanned-document recognition and print preparation are quoted as separate line items.

Pricing questions
The things clients most often ask before requesting a quote.
Why is there no price list on the site?
A fair price depends on the pair, volume, subject and service level. An averaged price list is either too high for simple tasks or too low for complex ones. We quote each project individually, so you pay for the actual work involved.
Are there volume and repetition discounts?
Yes. We work with translation memory in a CAT environment: repeated and previously translated segments are discounted, and we agree special terms for regular, ongoing flow.
How can I pay?
Payment in RUB — by card, by invoice to a corporate account, and via other fast payment methods available in Russia. If you have a Kazakhstani legal entity, payment in KZT directly to the group’s Kazakhstan company is possible.
Can I check quality before ordering?
Yes. For new partners and clients we provide a free test translation of a reasonable size so you can confirm quality before the main project starts.
Is MTPE cheaper than full translation?
Usually yes: machine-translation post-editing (per ISO 18587) is faster and more predictable in cost on large volumes. It doesn’t suit every text — we’ll advise where MTPE fits and where full translation is needed.
